How long does it take to receive my template?If you’ve purchased the Luxe Start, your template will be transferred to your Wix account within 24–48 hours. For Elevated Edit, the turnaround typically begins once I’ve received all your content—timelines vary slightly depending on current bookings, but you’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way.

Can you connect the domain for me?Absolutely—this is something I can do as part of your Elevated Edit service or during booked Creative Hours. It’s a quick step, but I know it can feel overwhelming—I'm here to help.

What if I’m not tech-savvy?Don’t worry—you’re in the right place. All templates come with a step-by-step guide, and if you need extra help, you can always book time via The Support Suite. I’m here to walk with you, not just hand over a file and disappear.

What’s included in the Support Suite?The Support Suite is designed for past clients or new customers who need flexible, one-off design help. You can book Creative or VIP Design Hours for content uploads, styling, layout tweaks, or guidance—whatever you need, when you need it.

Do I need a Wix account?Yes. If you don’t already have one, you can create a free account at wix.com. Once your purchase is confirmed, your template will be transferred directly to your account.

What do I need to provide for the Elevated Edit?You’ll receive a content checklist after purchase, which includes your logo, brand colours (if you have them), images, copy, and any specific requests. It’s a done-for-you service, but still styled with you in mind.

Will my site be live right away?Not until you're ready! Once you hit Publish in Wix and your domain is connected, your site will go live. If you're still working on your content, you can keep it unpublished or under construction until it’s perfect.

Which service is right for me?If you love a bit of DIY and just need a beautiful starting point, the Luxe Start is perfect. If you'd rather hand over your content and have it professionally styled and launched, go with the Elevated Edit. For tweaks, support, or ongoing design help, book a session through The Support Suite.
